Dealing with Guilt in Grief
Guilt is a common and normal emotion experienced by grievers. Grievers often engage in self-deprecatory woulda, shoulda, coulda thoughts regarding the circumstances of their loved one’s death or regrets about the relationship itself. Understanding the somatic (bodily) experience of grief can be a powerful part of the healing process.
